I hate having to get up and change the clocks! Couldn't they change them during the day? ..they say change them at 2am but every year its after 3am by the time I get back to bed.
Then in the fall I have to get up at 2am and set it back to 1am and wouldn't you know it ..clock goes off again at 2am..one year I did this so many times I lost a whole day!...its crazy!

I stopped changing the clocks about 12 years ago. Yup I said I had been doing it for long enough and I was fed up with it. Didn't like having to set the alarm to get up and reset the clocks twice a year then back to bed and then up again to to go to work. then when I got to work but one had bothered to change them so I would have to do that. When I worked as a deputy I had to do this twice a year in the patrol car. So about 12 years ago I said enough was enough ....... so I told my son " now it's your turn to lose some sleep and learn to do it". Haven't set another clock since then. He even resets my pocket watch collection and my wrist watch. Yup solved that problem.                                                                                                                                                                                   Roger.

I'm kind of confused.  You guys have clocks that you have to change for daylight savings time?  My alarm clock changes DST automatically, my wall clock does in the kitchen, TV set, cable box, computer, and so does my cell phone.

Only ones that doesn't change is the stove and microwave.

I think the spring ahead time change is great, puts me in the spring mood. The one in the fall is kind of a downer, in a way. Any way, happy spring a head day tomorrow for us. Noel

OH !!!!!!! This was about humor???? !!!!  Then I've got a good one for ya, there once was this traveling salesman that came upon a farm late one night and he knocked on the door and the farmer came to the door and the salesman said he was lost and needed a place to stay for the night. The farmer asked how he could help. The salesman asked if he could sleep in the barn, the farmer got furious with him and told him NO ! I have a prized sheep in there and I ain't .........

well maybe this isn't the kind of humor you were talking about, Oh well sorry ............. just my luck the punch line was really funny, I think !?

Roger
