Power went out at the camp at 6am. Not scheduled to be fixed till Saturday. Man this annoying. Luckily there is back up wood stove and propane. Have both going. I feel for those without back up heat.

We have a generator but the pull cord ripped out of the winder. Threw a tantrum on that one.

I have an inverter in the truck with 2 110 plugs. I'll fall asleep before the laptop goes dead. I just hope my phone lives till 6am for my alarm toasty 74 in here right now wood stove pukes out the heat. Feel sorry for the people without back up heat.

I wish I had a dog here!

I know I sure take for granted having power and water. Water is froze up somewhere too. Not climbing around in a foot of snow to find where though.

My wife told me to go get a motel room. Told her if I can't survive a night without power when I have a pile of logs and a good wood stove I'm not much of a man!
