This may be somebody on this sight's tractor, but I felt the need to link it.  Ad is kind of confusing, but what a sharp example of this model.  A little pricey, but maybe not when you really think about it.  Anyhow, I think we now know what the best example of one of these is worth for future reference.

That model WH is never cheap and that's really nice. I believe he will get his money no problem.

I don't think he is on here, but he is a member of the Wheel Horse Red Square group.

Probably worth every penny, if you have that much just laying around.

Pretty sure that one was owned by Mike - one of the moderators on RedSquare.

Beautiful D200. It's really nice to even see one in that condition. It would be a sweet tractor to own.

Those look like nice machines from the pics and likely just as nice in person, seen them over at RS.  Both look to be well optioned and low hours if your in the market for a beastly D series.

what do they mean by "turning" brakes?  Never worked on that many WH's. though I know several that owned them (various models, too young back then to notice a difference, or who had exactly what model,  a WH was a WH when I was a kid...)

I believe that indicates independent rear brakes

I was ready to buy that. Had contact with the owner. He is on red square, so am I. What stopped the deal for me was the distance. 800 miles one way, so I had to rule it out. I wish I could find one closer. Yes, that is a fine machine with an jnteresting history.

I plan on putting mine up for sale in the next few weeks. Its not as nice, its pretty much all original. Less than 290hrs on it. It was a basket case that I had to rebuild the transaxle and then freshen up the hydro system. It needs some TLC that I cant give it. Just waiting on some dry weather to clean it up and get pics.
