I picked up this 1975 MF16 in Sept. It came w/2 decks that are in good
usable condition. The tractor was in good running shape, except for a couple
issues like rubber motor mounts, and some slop in the steering.
Feb 18th, I put it in the shop and tackled it.

Here's a few pics of the work in process, and the pics are of what I did
today. I'm waiting for the motor mounts, so I decided ths morning to
installing a 3pt that I had ear marked for this machine. Every thing
else I have pretty much done, ready for final assembley.
The 3pt is off a 1450. I didn't want to mangle the seat pan, so I made
up a stand off bracket. It took a bit of tweeking, but it's going to work.

I'm going to use a solenoid valve, and a toggle switch, and pipe the valve
into the return line from the deck lift valve. The valve will be under the seat.

Nice job. What are your stands made from? Those are pretty neat, also.

Well, I finally got around to putting the new rubber on, and thought I'd
show it off. Even my wife likes it.
It was dusk, so pics aren't to good.
I will redo on a sunny day.
