I saw this tractor on Craigslist and couldn't pass it up! This machine is in very good original condition and tight as a drum. I drove it into the back of the truck and the drivetrain and steering are tight. The original Briggs 19D runs great and doesn't smoke at all. I also picked up a complete transaxle with the bgb attached and high/low option from the seller for my big Ten. Buying an old tractor is the cure for the winter blues!

Very nice looking tractor! Is that a tiller behind it in the last pic?

It has the tiller and tiller PTO and it works great. I engaged it at the sellers place and it runs smooth and no loose bearings. The seller also gave me extra tines and another tiller gear box that's in nice shape. We're still on the road heading home, so I'll give it a better going over when I get home. The hood was cut by the dash unfortunately, and it has an external coil that I'll be removing and installing an original one.

Congrats for both of you guys. Nothing like doctoring yourself when it comes to these situations when a doc just can't help you.

Very nice!  I was shown that by another fella who was working on snatching it up from afar.  You did well...they are very scarce in that shape.  You won't have any regrets, and if you do, you know where to find me.

Wow!  What a find!  That thing is beautiful!  Even the grill is about perfect.  Is it original?  Great acquisition!

nice tractor, wish I had more room, a new to me tractor would certainly bring a smile to my face, but instead I will just have to beat the winter blues by heading down to Mexico in a couple of weeks,

Great deal on that B-1. I was watching that one, but it was just too far and already had lots of interest. Glad someone here got it.

Well, I just got home a little while ago and took it for a ride after changing the battery. Everything seems to work fine and the drivetrain is in great shape. The grill is original, but needs one small area straightened out. Overall it's in pretty nice shape, but needs a good cleaning, and some minor repairs. Here are some pics I just took.

Great find. I would love to find an early Allis as nice as that. There only original once.
