Yesterday afternoon we had a high of 47°.  Water was running and snow was going fast.  Front came in and this morning at 5:30 we had -5°.  At 10 AM it made it up to +2°.  Must be in Iowa.  If you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes and it will probably change.  Staying inside today and keep the fire going.

I know the feeling. Day before yesterday it was -15* at night and it got up to 29* during the day. That night it was -18* and yesterday was only 9*. Last night it got down to -19* again!!!! ????? I keep seeing pictures of spring just around the corner however spring just never turns that corner. I did see where there is a flock of snow birds gathering to migrate back north so that signifies to me spring is coming, but we just don't when it will arrive.    Stay warm and stay safe.                  Roger

They were using the term "flash freeze" on the news last night. Never herd that one before

We have been bouncing around like crazy here.  A few days ago we nearly hit 80F.   It has snowed twice since and they are forecasting a high of 22F for today.  I don't think we have seen any subzero weather yet.

I'm glad we haven't!
