We had about six inches here. So I plowed my drive and my neighbors. It's the first time I've actually plowed snow. I always shoveled it when I was in Ohio and Virginia. But I was also much younger then.

Then as I was pushing my neighbors driveway, I see a nasty plume of black smoke rolling out of my truck as it warmed up in my driveway. It didn't end well.........

A lot of the insurance companies (in Alabama) will not pay if you wreck and the roads has been closed by DOT.

Never thought about that.  Is that what they are doing?  Shutting down the roads?  I guess it's difficult for me to imagine not just going about my day in something like this because that's what I've done all my life.  just like you can't imagine doing that because you're just not used to this crap.  Believe me, at first, it's a lot of fun.  After you plow snow for the 15th time, it gets old real quick.  The only thing that keeps you sane is the fact that, even though you are plowing snow AGAIN, you're getting seat time while doing it.

You might do a little research and see if it was triggered by the passenger airbag.
Ford had that issue and I know a family that lost kids to it.

I figure I'm on my own on this one. It's a 2001, nearly 200,000 miles, been run hard, real hard. I had 2600 pounds of rock on it last week.

Probably, but doing a little searching to see if its a recurring issue might be prudent.
