So she got me a new monitor..it just might be too big though...what size monitor do you folks use?

I use dual 27" monitors. Makes it much easier to work on the servers and editing site files.

I use a 19"  How far back do you have to sit from a 32" screen

Auburn you sure know how to post a topic title that gets attention :D .I guess its just my warped little mind. Anyhow I have a 19 inch screen but I do remember when I had a 30 waist line.

Are you referring to my post about my wife's rear end?happy we got that fixed!...hehehehe..It took me and a friend of mine to get that like it should be..I tried to fix it myself the first time...but it took 2 of us to get it like it should be..

Hum-m-m-m-m.  Back to the monitor !  I use a 20" and like it just fine.  Anything bigger and it is to hard to keep track of where your at or going.

20 works pretty good for me don't know if I would want a 32.Might be like setting  in the front row at a movie theater only did that one time felt like my eyeballs were going to fall out

That big, would need to be accross a room, or at end of big kitchen table. Mine is 19", big at one time. One's at work I think are 24" and when stuff is on screen it gets distorted longer most times. I've had tractors on home page and look real weird, till I realize they are distorted. AND, takes much more movement of the Mouse to get around on it. Not sure if mouse can be adjusted quicker and take that up or just the way big screens are. Would need a 2ft square mouse pad at home to do that!  Also, many times the top/botttom are blacked out, just like a movie screen on a TV, depending on where you go on-line. Thinking of new puter, might need a  24" here, have to check them out. Much cheaper now than the old monitors used to be.
