1/2 inch of freezing rain, another 1/2 of sleet, then 1 inch of snow, another coating of sleet, now snowing again and has added another 1/2 inch on snow and they are saying another 3 to 4 inches of mixed sleet and snow then changing to freezing rain. Lets see someone drive on that but I'm sure some FOOL will try.

I think they are getting all snow. About 2:30 pm they had 3 inches but it is all snow from what I hear. They are 18 miles north on me. Buddy of mine is about 10 miles south of me and have nothing but a cold rain.

I'm on my perch and ain't moving unless I have to hook the generator up.

Got a mess here today as well. Heavy wet snow, changing to hail and ice pellets, then rain, then a quick freeze around supper time.   We got a lot of rain in a short time. When I went out to plow it was almost like walking in a couple of inches of water. When I plowed it didn't even compress when you pushed it against a pile. This is just adding to the ice and hard snow banks we have already.

You can keep it.  I will put up with the 20 below stuff long before I want freezing rain.  That's terrible.

Thanks, I'm off and as long as I don't fall off my perch I'm good to go.

Cooter, is it common to stand or sit on your FISH down South?   You said "on your Perch"!  Best learn to live Winter, think Earth is turning off axis and moving cold down South farther!

Lean against the butt seat, never sit when I'm fishing. The cold and snow doesn't really bother me but I had rather have 95 degree weather. I traveled the U.S. and Canada for 22 years and I've been in all the weather, just don't really care for snow. It's all that global warming that is haunting us now.
