It's probably the rare "cassette player" option driving price up.  :rolling:

 

That maybe a $5000 vehicle to right person, pretty clean .The 2 doors aren't all that rare.

Now, find a 2 door with a 6.5L diesel and you have something, only 3% of all Tahoes had a diesel .

I have Benz that was built in Mobile Al..and Sonata that was built in Montgomery Al...this Yukon seems to have been built in part in Mexico from what the carfax says...

I have lots of friends that work at the Hyundai plant in Montgomery...My best friend did the paint work on the Sonata we have.

My daily driver is my 1996 Tahoe LT 2 door, I love the style, the short wheelbase makes maneuvering a trailer way easier than a pickup truck, great in the loose stuff, back seat is plenty wide for three, though access is a bit tricky, but I don't use the back seat. I understand some people's attraction to these trucks and they are a bit rare, though they were built through 1999. Having said all that, it's a $6000-$7000 truck on its best day.

Well my 91 K1500 got that "rare" option too and I only paid $800 for the truck! lol I wonder if that guy has the original cassette tape that goes over how to operate the vehicle? I still do!
