I had this Toro 244H frame. No motor, no steering linkage, no tires no battery. Basically just frame and  Hydro rear end.. I had a 16hp Briggs twin and decided maybe it would make a nice upgrade. This is what I ended up with. Better than sending it to the Junkyard! I call it EL TORO. Maybe use it to pull the lawn roller around or a wagon load of Grandkids. Needs "neaten" up and painted.

Looks pretty good, more like a Wheelhorse seems like.  Maybe you just wanted a GAS engine for work, not the electric motor? :poke:

Good looking machine... appears to be shaft-driven, which I prefer... Doll her up and make her look pretty... the grandkids will love you for it.
