It looks to be in really good shape for the age. I noticed that your mower deck hangs low with the lift lever all the way up also

My LT like yours has same issue, I never could get an deck to lift high enough and it was near impossible to get deck to cut level.

I've got mine pretty level and it cuts pretty good. I can't get mine to go above 3.5 inches which isn't a big deal cause I cut at 2 3/4 inches, it'd just be nicer if I would go to at least 4 inches in the raised position so it wouldn't get hung up on stuff and I can get it into my barn without it scraping
