I making a 'skillet' pineapple upside down cake for later tonight (if I can wait that long). I'm using the Jiffy Mix recipe as that is the way Terry always made it and it didn't last long. It'll be ready in 20-25 minutes. Might get a pic for you all to slobber over! Fried Pork Chops & fried taters with onion are the 'side' dishes! :bigrofl:

I'll have a hard time cooking supper with that sitting there! It's really simple to make the cake, just takes a bit. Some folks use the pineapple rings with cherries in the center. I like it just fine with the crushed.

Looks good Kenny, I like a scoop of vanilla ice cream on mine & slightly heated so the ice cream is running all around...ok I'm back now I got a little carried away.

Looks great and is one of my favorite. I think a couple of us need to trim the edge that is almost off the plate. Anyone willing to help with that problem?
