should happen more often, I cant even think of how many times I have seen police talking on their cell phones and driving, parking in no parking zones and all around breaking the laws we have to abide by.  they are not above the laws they are supposed to enforce.  that being said I have the utmost respect for police officers and the job they do, anyone who has to put a gun on to go to work has my respect.

Was working a County Jurisdiction a while back and saw something that was the funniest. There was no love lost between the City PD, Highway Patrol and the Sheriffs Office. More so between the PD and the Sheriffs Office. However, the PD and the HP did get along very well. One morning a HP car was parked in a no parking zone near the city center. The PD officer was called by the PD captain and told to tow a HP car sitting in the no parking zone. As the Trooper came out of the restaurant with coffee and such he watched his car being towed away. Needless to say that started a war that probably still goes on today. Wish I would of had a camera back then the look was priceless. The radio chatter was even better.                                                                       Roger
