Hi all i am purchasing a 1973 john deere 110 square fender 10 hp with electric lift.
Im gonna get it in a week or 2, im having someone pick it up for me. I'd like to find a manual for it, in case i need to adjust anything.
Where can i find a pdf download for the manual?
I got it for $350, which here in NY i think is a good deal. I only have this one pic of the post from FB ImageUploadedByTapatalk1423935624.688698.jpg
Thanks, Zach

You will have to buy a manual from Mother Deere because their copyright laws GTtalk can't have them in our manual download section. Maybe a member might be able to help you out by sharing a copy with you. Good luck.

Looks to be the right manual but that could be confirmed with the serial number of the tractor.  Price seems fair to me.

Thanks, yes the electric lift will be nice to have, head lights and grill look to be in good condition.

No worries!   :smilewink:

I have an idea what it might be from this but want to steer you in the right direction.

Serial number breaks are as follows:

1973 272,001 - 285,000

Kohler K181

1973 285,001 - 310,000

Kohler K241

1974 310,001 - 320,000

Kohler K181

1974 320,001 - Kohler K241

You definitely want the Deere manual. And there were a couple different versions depending on year and round/square fender. When it comes to the engine, I actually prefer the Deere section to the kohler manual - it seems to explain some things better than kohler's own...
