Welcome to GTT. Wisconsin parts are needed but, quantity and quality are critical to deterrmine value. Be warned, many times things are rusted inside the boxes. Then they aren't worth what you expect. Good Luck, Rick

Being a Wisconsin dealer I can say it all depends on what the parts are and what condition they are in. Anything rusted will not sell, original packaging missing is also another hard sell.

What kind of parts does he have? Many parts are still available from Wisconsin so you also need to take that into consideration when buying.

I would say buy.  If you can get parts, my experience is that you have a 98% chance of reselling them at some point.
