I'm sure that this has been asked before but I am unable to find it could anyone tell me the the gpm and psi is for the 317 hydraulic pump thank you

You will be looking at about 4.5 GPM @ 700 PSI

The specs would be in the Sundstrand 15 manual. Flow will depend on rpms. On a 317 the official JD spec high speed is 3450 rpms for the engine. I'm not sure, but the Sundstrand figures might be for hydro max. input shaft speed which is 4000 if memory serves.

Ok thank you I'm going to pick up two tomorrow I was starting to make plans for them what is the best way to load them without them running

I bought a 317 an went to drain the hydraulic oil to change it an its filled with automatic transmission fluid ..do I have to put that back in or can I change to jd hygard?
