Around my area Midland walk behinds are kind of hard to find. Depending on what attachments came with it, it may not be a terrible deal.

That is what makes an old walk behind valuable in my opinion, since the attachments are so special for each unit.

midlands are fairly common here. That looks to be one of the bigger ones, and  I think I  see a reel mower right behind it. Price is pretty high, they only go for about half that here. Would want to see what the attachments are.

Them big old cast iron levers sure bring back memories,Dad had a  early 50s monkey ward with a Wisconsin engine.

I called him to see what all attachments he had and the phone number is a bad number, so I guess that ad will be around for a while.
