This is tonight's fare. Been wanting to do this for some time. Today seemed like the perfect day. I have 6 drumsticks with skins removed. Used a small pan so they fit together kinda tight. Covered with foil and baked at 350° for about 20 minutes. Took it out and drained the moisture off. Raised the oven to 400°, put a little bourbon in the pan, poured the Jack Daniels BBQ sauce over it (a little more bourbon in the bottle to get the rest of the sauce out). Covered it again for another 15-20 minutes. Pulled the foil and raised temp to 425° for 10-15 minutes. and this is the result.

It smells so good! Got a baked potato on the side!

That's pretty good stuff too. Like I said, I'm cheap!

And it tasted the same way. Gonna have to cook more next time! I forgot to tell about the garlic and onion power I put on to start with. But we inhaled those 6 real quick!

My mouth is a waterin after looking at that Kenny!   Those would taste extra good after coming inside from plowin and shovelling. That's what I'll be doing tomorrow. There is another 8" of snow under way right now with some wind to blow it around.

Makers Mark is my favorite. I did go off the beaten path tonight and get some Bushmills. It is pretty spicy though.
