This is tonight's fare. Been wanting to do this for some time. Today seemed like the perfect day. I have 6 drumsticks with skins removed. Used a small pan so they fit together kinda tight. Covered with foil and baked at 350° for about 20 minutes. Took it out and drained the moisture off. Raised the oven to 400°, put a little bourbon in the pan, poured the Jack Daniels BBQ sauce over it (a little more bourbon in the bottle to get the rest of the sauce out). Covered it again for another 15-20 minutes. Pulled the foil and raised temp to 425° for 10-15 minutes. and this is the result.
It smells so good! Got a baked potato on the side!
