A little after 10:00 I tried getting on this site what come up in bold lettering FORBIDDEN on this site. And below that while looking for error come up with 404 not found. I've seen 404 codes before but not forbidden on any site. Was it a glitch on my end or was the site down ?

My son George (NUTNDUN) had been experiencing problems with the server he was using to support the site. It is a major monthly expense renting enough space on a server to support the site as it continues to grow. George has been working the last several days to transfer the site to a new server that will hopefully have fewer problems.( I really don't understand very much about how it works but I'm at least able to log on and post.) The transfer may have caused some of the problems logging on. Please be patient and continue to enjoy GTTalk.

I can't remember which device it was on. I use several between home and work.

I was on reading post when it happened.

I clicked to go to the second page of a thread and got the 404.

I tried going to the home page and got 404 there as well, so I just went off to surf elsewhere.

I figured that it was just one of those things that happen from time to time.

I not be a computer wiz or the sharpest tool in the shed But "It is a major monthly expense renting enough space to support the site "

I did not know this . I think we need to come up with a plan , plan, plan, yes that it .implement a yearly - collector's  special practice Donation's to the GTT. ................ A.K.A  Pay your Dues.

I had an issue with the old server when I went to transfer everything and never got a chance to put up the maintenance message. As soon as the error happened I hurried up and got everything live on the new server.

I think the issue with the www.gardentractortalk.com should be fixed now and redirect to gardentractortalk.com

I forgot to set it up on the new server.
