This 12hp Sears Suburban is listed in our local online classifieds.  Appears to be stock--includes a mower deck.

600 seems steep, no deck pictures and missing a lug nut.

This is the same model Sears I wanted to buy as a boy every time we went into the big Sears store in Salt Lake.  I remember even then (mid 1960's) the prices were from $800 to over a $1000.  A lot of money for a single mom raising two rambunctious boys and earning $1.50 an hour.
