I keep getting flyers in mail to order household items from Montgomery Wards.  They want you to use there credit plan. Finally found an address inside that gives Madison, WI as the home base. Is this REALLY the old Wards or just some Chinese owners that bought the name and using it for marketing? What ya think?  Didn't see any Garden tractors or items, but maybe later in spring diff stuff will be offered?  Just had to wonder, thought they went out of business years ago.

Last time I was out in Kansas City, Mo area, there was still a large Montgomery Wards store next to the interstate.

The orginial MW closed in 2000 but the intellectual property was bought and it is now an online retailer but it isn't the same company.

You can read about it here.
