This may not be news, but I'm pretty impressed with the service.
As we all know, we simply don't have access to many parts up here
in Canada, simply because of supply and demand. If we do find them,
they're twice the price as state side.
So we end up shopping online, only to blow our brains out on
brokerage and shipping costs. Or, we wait a month for the postal
systems to lose it.
Just last week I bought roughly $60 worth of Kohler governor springs
and throttle/choke cable clips from these guys.
They showed up exactly 1 week later. $11.95 shipping + $3.52 handling.
The 13% cdn tax was also added to the bill at time of purchase.
They use FedEx to ship.
I've never come across a cross border service like this.
Normally UPS would rape us for a $53.81 brokerage fee + $35 shipping.
From now on, I'm looking for suppliers that use this FedEx service.
