Don , I'll be over early then tomorrow . Yes I have your number . Will there be food venders there ? If not I'll eat before I come over . Would rather spend it on the venders whom come to the shows .

Hi Al,

Yes their will be at least two food venders selling some sort of breakfast food.

      Don

That will be chilly. Actually, after the 80's we had already, it will feel cold.

Well we have about 50-60 tractors that came and set up today. Although there wasn't much as far as public for viewing, we still had a good time. We started a couple of garden tractor games this afternoon, and for those that participated, everything went well and fun was had by all. I'm hoping Mrs. NUTNDUN will be along shortly to post some pictures of the events.

Even though the day was slow with public, we are anticipating a better day tomorrow with more public, a few more show displays, and no wind! For the guys that traveled a distance to get here, everyone made the trip without any troubles. For any of you still riding the fence on whether to come out or not, please consider joining us and having a great time. We probably have around a dozen members who came out, but more are always Welcome!

I didn't take any pictures today, but the camera will be loaded for tomorrow and I'll do my best to take a lot of pictures so that you guys who couldn't join us will still feel like you were there. A big THANKS again to all of the staff members who are putting in the time to pull off a successful show. A big THANKS also to all of a the guys who came out to display their equipment and toys! We wouldn't have been able to have a good show without your support.

We had fun with the sled trying out different tractors and a golf cart.

The team driving was an interesting driving game. The driver is blindfolded and drives through an obstacle course while being told what to do by reins like a horse.

Today was a much better day, although the public attendance still wasn't what we were expecting, but still a good time by all. We were able to pull off 2 tractor parades, but not much in the way of tractor games. A lot of show participants packed up today, so not sure what to expect tomorrow as far as having a good show, but all in all I think we pulled it off and had a very successful show for it being the first ever for Root's Country Market & Auction. Here are some of the pictures that I took of the show:

If my calculations were correct, we ended up with a total of (8) Farm Tractors, (1) Hit & Miss Engine, and (95) Lawn & Garden Tractors. Great job guys, and Thanks for all of the support!
