Just received the dates for this year's show. It will be held Friday May 15th & Saturday, May 16th. Please note the change. The show will now be Friday and Saturday rather than Saturday and Sunday. This year's feature will be Wheel Horse and all walk behinds.

The rototilling contest will now be held Friday at 6:00 p.m. and the plowing contest Saturday at 10:00 a.m. I'll have George post the flyer for the show. I posted it last year but it came out very small and difficult to read. It has to be put in a different format which is beyond my computer skills.

There used to be a garden tractor only show just outside Dyersville, Iowa called "Little G".  It was a great show.  As I understand the couple that owned the ground got a divorce and the show could no longer be held there.

That was the show I was thinking of. Seems their website hasn't been upgraded in a while. It's still advertising a 2013 expo and only shows pics of the 2012 expo. They still appear to be selling memberships in care of Mary. Do they still put out a newsletter? I went to the one in PA several years ago and they seemed to part of the national organization at that time or at least that was the impression i got from their advertising.

Mt. Wolf. It was in the lower part but I'd have to look for sure. I know we went through Gettysburg on the trip. We hit it and the cumberland valley show the same weekend.

The show grounds are where Doug said. It is just  a little north of Manchester,PA. The directions will be on the show's flyer when George has time to post it. We have several folks that travel each year from Virginia. We now have a member coming for his second year from New Jersey. We also have a member that has been at the show several times from CT and also  a member from New York that has been a regular.

Hope you can make the show.

Ben,

I am terrible at guessing how many people are typically there. I would say there is between 100 and 200 garden tractors and Saturday was always a great turnout of people.

Does anyone camp out at the grounds?  We ought to have a GTTalk area pickup out and have a reunion.  :rolling:

I'll bring hotdogs!  :D
