It's starting again, I went from no Bolens to two in a month.  I found this one while trolling Craigslist for attachments. It had a nice cosmetic restoration, the brothers did it for a 4H gathering. It was too pretty to pass up on.  The only issue is that the engine has no spark.  I now have two 1220s, an ugly one with a Briggs boxer engine, and a pretty one with the stock engine.  My old Tecumseh runs, but smokes, so I can use parts from it to get new new one running.  More pictures tomorrow, it's too cold outside.

Your Bolens 1220 looks great. I hope you can get the spark figured out easily and that she runs great. I understand about being too cold and pictures. I already caught flak for that :D

Where's the seat?

Nice Find, Looks to be an all original machine besides the paint which is getting harder to find stuff in untouched condition.

No seat came with it. I have spares from other brands I can use for now. It was so cold many towns cancelled school today.

Nice looking tractor.  Hope you get that engine to fire without to much trouble.  I have a seat and spring off an 850 if push come to shove.
