I'm not a complainer. I'm usually an upbeat person who hates to fuss.
But I'm fussing tonight at something I can't fix. Baby, its cold outside!
It is an official 8 degrees here in what is left of the sweet sunny South in the middle of the worst outbreak of global warming we have seen yet. Those polar bears are really worried.
It was a high of 25 today with a nice icy wind. Just regularly bone chilling. Tonight the wind chill is supposed to make it feel like the negative digits. Gee, just what I wanted.
No one is used to this out here. Nothing with diesel fuel is in a good mood, and no one who has to run something with diesel fuel is in a better mood! I had to go out and load a pallet with the skid steer, and even with winter fuel, it is wanting to gel up. Anything that does not have a brand new battery is grumpy.
You guys who deal with this all the time... what can I say? You are brave souls!
