They look like wheel weights,but the outer wheel is actually bolted through the wheel bolt hole to possibly a dual wheel adapter.

Glad you like the Massey! I put 6.70x15 rear ag tires on the rear and 6.00x12 front ag tires on it. Someday I plan on making one with actual front wheel drive but for now I just like the looks of it.

There are a few ways to do it,these adapters are bolted between the wheels ,and is the way I like it done the best.
