I'm in search of a carburetor for an hh120 tecumseh. I have not been able to find any numbers on my original. I'm rebuilding one for a friend and his is missing.

Jacksdad,
Can you give us the full model number off the tins on the engine?
Some of these guys have them memorized, but I am not one of them.

Any pictures of carburetor you need? I don't know what model engine I have, but if this is the correct carb it is for sale. PM me if interested.

No tins on this one. My tag is unreadable.

The HH120 can take either a Walbro LME or a Tecumseh carb. The Walbro LME numbers were 16, 21, 33, 34 and 36. Any of those should work. The carbs for the HH100 work pretty well too - LME 11, 17, 18, 20, 26, 27, 29, 32, and 37 are all listed as being suitable on the Walbro application cross reference chart. The Tecumseh carb numbers can be found from the HH120 parts lists on Parts Tree. From my very limited experience running an LME 27 on an HH120 with no discernible issues, any differences between these carbs can be compensated for in their adjustment.

I have an LME here for you.  I don't know what number it is, but it is rebuilt and ready to rock and roll.  I think I remember it fitting a Tecumseh when I looked it up... if you want to me to check on it, let me know.

You can also use a carb from a 8Hp kohler on a 10-12 Hp Tecumseh. Direct bolt on, but you have to change the linkages.
