What is the HP of each? also what is the biggest difference in the 2 of them? Where do I find a list of advertisers for this site? Does Miller Tire give any discount for site members here?

There's a link to a great new history article written by Bolens 1000, aka "Doc" about the tube frames in the the pinned post at the top of the forum thread list. It should provide all you would like to know about the differences between all the tube frame models. Here's a direct link to the article:

A list of advertisers (sponsors) can be found here:

http://gardentractortalk.com/forums/

I'm not sure if Miller Tire provides a discount to members of this forum.

The 800 and 900 were mechanically identical.

Both used the Wisc. S-8D engine rated at 8.25 Hp.

The only real difference is that the 900 had a one piece fiberglass seat/fender pan as opposed to the 800's individual metal fenders, a padded seat vs. a metal seat, and wider front and rear tires.

Didn't the 800 have a 7 hp engine and the 900 had a 8 hp?  That's what my print out states anyway but could be wrong.

The 1963 800's used the S7D (7.25HP) Engine

1964 and 1965 has the S8D (8.25HP) Engine

Where can I find or buy an original seat for a 900, or send my pan to have it covered as close to original as possible?
