This should be interesting as from what I've seen of the show they tend to deal in real world value and not the inflated prices seen on some other shows.

Yah I hope they don't inflate the price.

I was thinking that they might actually deflate the price! They seem to usually get stuff really cheap on that show.

That would be fine by me.I would not want them make our equipment seem like it is super rare and worth 1000's for stuff that is not in very good condition.

It was a beat to death 1256 around 71 to 72' they said it was a 66' :D

Steering wheel was toast, wrong tires, throttle controls were gone, no seat, and the engine was missing they paid $100. The guy said he saw a 1963 on ebay and they were asking $700 :wallbanging: I think I know the one he's talking about as its still for sale  :firejumper:

He suckered a guy into it for $200! I cant believe he would do that to someone, he even stated himself he wouldn't pay that for it!  :wallbanging:

These guys look like a bunch of cheapskates and low ballers to me!

I watched this show a few times. Listening to the team of Tony & Cod Fish, Tony's extreme accent drives me up the wall. I have friends from that area & I like to hear them speak but not Tony! So you guys listen for Tony  :wallbanging:

Yeah, Mainiacs do have an interesting accent, sort of a softer version of the Boston accent.  People think all of us New Englanders talk like that but the vast majority have little or no accent.

Interesting show, but one episode was enough for me.
