I finally started the re-paint of dads tractor. he is in new mexico for the winter and I want to get this done before he gets home, I need to get tires and a decal set at the moment, does anyone know where or if there is a source for the allis decal on the back of the tractor where the serial # is, this machine has been re-painted once before and the guy that did it hacked it up pretty bad.

Your father will be a happy man when he sees all your hard work.

If you can't find the decal, find someone who has a tractor and get a copy made.  It is cheap enough to do.

Do these folks have an online site? I'll be looking for decals some day!

How do you find GT's there? I tried putting in AC 416S and the Model 1600260 and they couldn't find anything.

For old stuff, I've always had better luck calling.
Seats, keys, switches, etc. I've never bought decals, but it would be where I would start.

I am in need of the left side cover for the lift mech, I know I have the one that came on the machine but I will be darned if I can find it.  I have the rite side for the battery.  otherwise I am in good shape, I have lots of spare parts here from other machines.  I have a good seat bottom and back for one of these but I may put the seat that was on it back on it, dad was kind of partial to it.  I am going to have another look for that cover tomorrow :mad2: I hate loosing things like that.
