Recently came in posession of a Windolph garden maker and need to know drive set up,has what I think is a centrifugal clutch that drives a v belt. They also made different versions of this with other clutch set ups.Does anyone have one or a parts break down to show this style clutch? The lower pulley has been removed and for some reason I think the centrifugal part goes to the bottom Thanks Chuck

I am not familiar with the Windolph tillers, but I spy a Clinton on the ship...

I understand that they also made little crawler tractors according to CH Wendel.

Not sure where that one came from but there was one of those on ebay about a year ago. It had the clutch on the engine. That's the same engine and clutch they used on the "dozer on a stick"

Was it in California? It is just a centrifugal clutch. Probably stuck where the outer pulley ides on the hub.
