I would like to say today to all of the forum members here that are Police Officers, Firefighters and EMS personnel, Please be careful out there while performing your duties. The senseless murders of two NYPD Officers today just shows that those of us that work in these professions, need to ever vigilant and aware of our surroundings and people we encounter while going about our duties. I retired completely in 2005 after 37 years in the Public service profession. My heart is still with all of our Peace Keepers and Fire and EMS personnel. Stay alert and aware, Stay Alive.  May God Bless You All.

Roger.

Thanks for the thoughts Roger.  I too wore a badge for 32 years and retired in '99.  I was starting to get bad at that time but it is a lot worse now.  The last thing we need is tired emergency personnel on the job.  Stay safe you guys and watch each others backs.
