If it is for an abstract art project there is only one choice and it would be this Ride-a-Matic:

Bolens has made a lot of nice looking tractors over the years but this has always been my favorite style.

I'm kind of partial to the 56-58 Rideamatics.

I do some wood carving and if I find the picture I want, I may do a wall plaque this winter featuring a GT in a rural setting. We'll see.

If you would consider anything Bolens, I'd go with the riding lawn mowers they made. Doesn't get much more abstract than that for styling.

Forgot you had that one Nate!

Bolens made some interesting looking things in the 50's for sure!

I would go for the tube frames.  Lot of similarity with decal differences mostly.  The ride a matic's look like they are only half there.  If I would take the hood and fender off my1053 would I have sort of a ride a matic? ? ?  NO?  Didn't think so.  Just my 2 cents worth.

LilysDad, may I point to look over some of the videos on youtube of "Plow Days" held in the past. Many brands and models lining up to head to the fields, working their plows in the fields, many different camera angles, etc. You may get the 'view' you might want from them.

My personal taste would be for any of the tubeframes, though, FMC Bolens made ALL of their GT's to be eye candy.
