Just found a D200 Automatic for sale. Ad says will not start. I have never had a Wheel Horse but it looks complete, old and used but, complete...

I have been looking myself for one, the prices are all over the place, I bought a d160 for $350 with a deck, non running, if its just the tractor non running, no attachments around here I would think no more than $500, lots of things to look at like tire condition, those 6 bolt rims can be an issue, the cab area is small for that size of a tractor and the turning radius sucks, hydraulics have a tendency   to leak, but they are a brute of a machine and if you find a good one it will outlast you.

Thanks for quick replies. Just called and I shouldn't have waited. I knew at $250, someone would jump on it. :wallbanging:

I grew up with JD's big and small so I do tend to lean in that direction. Have a JD400 with a K582, 60" deck, JD35A tiller, and customized 70" 6-way dozer blade. Plus recently picked up a LX178 with deck for the whopping price of my gas to go get it, (~$30). I need to rebuild carb on it.

Oh well, my project list is large enough for this winter anyway. :D

$250!!!  Huh!  Must not have known what he had really?   I don't like them because of issues stated above, but would have bought one for that price, just to take up space and sit-on and dream, ha!
