Well has been uh,modified some. The grill has been modified but the whole hood is wrong for tractor. The seat pan appears to be wrong too. The seat pan is a 67 and back style. but running boards didn't come along until 68. The early 68 models were the last to have stater generators,they swapped to gear drive starters by mid 68. The hood is a 70 or newer style.

It appears to be an early, pre 1970, Charger or Electro with a later style hood that has had the light bezel scratch built and the bars cut out of the grill and then added expanded metal back in. The 1969 Charger and Electro had the full running boards with the older style seat/fender pan. That's what I think about it.

Also has the old style mule drive below the PTO clutch, instead of the quick attach mule up front.
