These were originally painted silver , hitch parts were a dark green

Correct, these were universally made by a company called Pennsylvania for a few different makes and models.

This company made specialized reels for tractor brands as well and those were the ones to bear the company's name and colors.

They made single walk behind reel's too i thought. I have been picking up a few old reel mowers planning on making on to drag around the yard
