The rides to and from work were the hard part for about a week.
About week three I didn't think about them for a whole. Day and I knew I was winning.

BTW, don't let the dream weird you out.
Most smokers have a very realistic dream about smoking shortly after quitting.
It can be very real, almost to the point that you 99% believe you had one last night.
Just your brain wondering why it's being retrained.

The dreams were not about smoking but a person and both dreams were very real.

Keep at it, stay away from friends who smoke if at all possible. I'm on year 4, and there's zero desire to go back. One day you'll wake up and the smell will be the most foul, chemical poison you've ever smelled.
