Here is one from last November when I brought home the Springfield cart. No I didn't drive the tractor on the highway, the tires aren't recommended lol.

Here's my Bolens G152 trying out the new chute I built for it a while back. It didn't have enough curve to it.   :rolling:   (straight up)

Ok here's the 195 testing the snowblower for the first time. The 3 pt didn't have a float mode at the time. It does now. Sorry for the fuzzy picture.

Action pics eh?

Well I guess I can start with the 1886 forklift.  Here are pics from before and after the refurbish.  Unloading the Haban 514 Flail-Mo, moving a 2-stage snowcaster, and moving a crawler for a fella at the VGTCOA Ohio Regional show. The crawler belongs to DougT's buddy Jim (that's him in the last pic) who spent the whole show aggravating me about how a Bolens wasn't a good tractor, EXCEPT when there was some real work to be done :D :D :D

Here's my HT20D doing it's bit for foreign relations.
The young lady is from China, and is going to school here at Oberlin College.
She does some photography and one day when I was out 'playing' with the tractors she stopped and asked if she could take some pictures.  Of course I said yes, and while we were talking, she mentioned that she had never driven ANY vehicle. So, I asked if she would like to drive the HT20D.  You can see that she definitely enjoyed the experience.

On to the HDT1000.

Here we are picking up a Gannon Earthcavator from a small town near St.  Louis.  The seller said that there was no way that the HMS Rainmaker would be able get to his house as it was 1/2 way up a steep hill and there was no place to turn around.  He also said that it was a 3-pt. Since it was part of a road trip that was going to include a plow day, I said that was no problem as I would have a tractor with a 3-pt hitch on it and we could use that to get it.  Turns out that it wasn't a 3-pt, but was for the Bolens tube frame.  So with a bit of help from #2 son, we got it down the hill and on the trailer.

100_4830.JPG 100_4835.JPG 100_4837.JPG 100_4850.JPG

Here's a vid that #1 son took as we were heading up the hill to get it.

When it came time for the 1886 forklift to take a ride to VA to get refurbished, the HDT was called into action again.  With the lack of ground clearance, it was necessary to back the trailer up to a ditch next to the road on the north yard so that I could get the tailgate level and drive the forklift onto the trailer.  Hooked the trailer to the HDT, loaded up the forklift, and then took it across the street to position it behind the HMS Rainmaker.

Plowing and pulling at the WPAGT plow day in NOV 2013.
HDT Plowing.jpg HDT Pulling.jpg

That's all the 'action pics' that I have but, there are vids :D :D :D

Using the 800 to test out the front mounted reel mower.

Using the G10 and Haban 405A Sickle-Mo to knock down the grass and weeds in the drainage ditch along the street in front of the house.

Trying out the EZ-Vac system behind the 1256.

Blowing a bit of snow with the other 1256.  Note the 'black stuff' coming out of the chute at times.  That's because I wasn't entirely on the side walk, and it was picking up some sod.

The reason I stopped at the end was because the gear box on the blower 'blew up;'.  It wasn't pretty.
100_4117.JPG 100_4118.JPG

Bought a G11 that had a 1050 transmission transplanted into it.  Since the G11 used a belt that you moved from one set of pulleys to the other for hi/lo range, and the 1050 had a hi/lo on the gear box, that gives the tractor 12 speeds.  We decided to see just how slow it was in lo/lo.

Back to the HDT1000.
When you go on long road trips sometimes the grass get's tall enough that a mower deck just isn't going to 'cut it'. That's when a Haban Flail-Mo is the answer.

And, as a bonus, what I do when I'm not out chasing Bolens goodies and attending shows.
Note how 'graceful' I was :rolling:

And fulfilling a life long dream. Flying a radial engine airplane, with a bonus of it qualifying as a WWII Warbird!
