I'm in need of some help with someone who has or knows what the proper auger speed is. Currently with my mod, the pto speed has dropped from OEM speed.

Im guessing a sprocket change will do the trick. But then again, we had a 60 degree day today.

Shouldn't WOT be 3600 RPM'S. That would get your auger speed up.

Diesel transplant in that there JD that runs at a lower rpm.

Yes it would, but the high speed is a little tough to change. I do like to operate a lower rpm to help the engine out.
