Looks like a picture that would make a good puzzle!  Lots of similar stuff and colors, shapes!  No knowledge of two-wheelers here, so can't help on the Mystery.

Its a commercial Jacobsen. Park model 30 . Its Got an Ab Wisconsin engine. It has a sulky to go with it. Only the second one ive seen with the Wisconsin engine.
