THIS IS MY FIRST POST ON GT.  I THOUGHT I WOULD LET YOU SEE ONE OF THE TRACTORS THAT I HAD FUN WITH.  IT STARTED OUT AS AN ARIENS REAR ENGINE LAWN MOWER.  I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL BY ANY MEANS, JUST LEARNED AS I WENT.  I BOUGHT THE FIRST MOWER FOR $5.00 AND THE SECOND ARIENS FOR $65.00.

THE FINAL PROJECT INCLUDES:

TANDEM AXLES WITH SPROCKETS WELDED ON BOTH AXLES, BOTH SIDES BETWEEN FRAME AND WHEELS WITH NO. 35 BICYCLE CHAIN TO MAKE IT 4 WHEEL DRIVE.

SADDLE TANKS MADE FROM HEAVY DUTY PROPANE TANKS FOR THE AIR HORNS WITH BALL VALVE AND PRESSURE GAUGE.

FRONT FENDERS MADE FROM ONE TSC FENDER CUT HALF INTO.

BEEFED UP FRONT END FROM 4" TO 6" WHEELS.

2000LB REMOTE CONTROL SISSOR LIFT THAT LIFTS THE BED STRAIGHT UP.

PAINTED CATERPILLAR YELLOW WITH SPRAY CAN.

DECALS BY LOCAL SIGN MAKER.

HERCULES BED LINER.

INSTALLED FRONT LIGHTS.

MUD FLAPS, BUILT CAT TOUGH NOT FORD TOUGH.

THANKS FOR LOOKING

Very cool build and great looking machine. Can the lift tilt the bed to dump it? How much weight can it handle in the bed? Very nice job for sure !!

You DO make nice things, makes me Jealous!  Was wondering IF you have a big load, wouldn't the whole front come up and tip back along with it, being up that high??? I've seen overloaded trucks do that even. Course, maybe you don't really use it and just a show-piece?  Fella named CAT on here might like it alot.

You set the standard pretty high for yourself. How are you going to top this project?

Do you know you have a 12.66 post to thanks ratio? No one ever has a 12.66 ratio. Welcome aboard!
