Manufacturers of fixed site batteries of the lead acid varieties will give a safe charging max voltage on a temp scale -the lower the temp the higher charging voltage ,ok to use in storage settings. The same overall principle applies , charge them at 60 degrees and use them at 90 + degrees = not good for batts. Mostly 13.2 to 13.4 for anything above room temp. And do charging in shade after rest period
