Just curious. Has anybody white lettered any of their garden tractor tires, and if so, could you please post some pictures, as I'd like to see some results of the appearance. I'm thinking about doing a set, but before I put that time and energy into it, I want to see if it's going to look odd.

I appreciate the help.

I was thinking about trying this too. Where can you buy the markers to paint them?

I'm actually trying to talk Caleb into lettering his 70 tires when he is done. I did a google search, but didn't find much. I was hoping to get some help from here.

Most all tire places or automotive stores carries the markers, and I also think Millers Tire have them as well.

Wheel horse had white wall tires but not white letters. I do recall seeing a pic of someone that used a white tire marker to do the letters on a set of carlisle tires. Looked pretty sweet too.

Isn't there a member with a panzer out there with white lettered tires? I think I remember seeing it, but for the life of me, I can't remember who the member is.

Doesn't Chris11 hav white letters on his pulling tractor? See if I can find it now.

Not a stock tractor, but it does add something to the look.

Tire paint, black and white and then later red, used to come in quart cans. You would clean the tires with soap and water and then clean them again with alcohol. The letters or area you wanted to paint then had to be scuffed up with steel wool. I did many, many, tires like that. I even did my son's trike when he was born. You just knew that you were going to scuff it on a curb or something, so I always carried a can in my car or truck. Here is the only GT tire is saw with white letters. Looks nice if you can get the rest of the tire dark black..                                                                                                                                                                      Roger
