B O A T stands for break out another thousand but I love to fish in the Atlantic ocean with my son and grandson on my classic 1979 Topaz sport fisherman.attachicon.gif500.JPG

I was surprised nobody said what boat meant until you said it. Well I guess they're like anything else that moves lol

Congrats. Boats are fun. But not for me.

A friend of mine who was bug into boats called them "a hole you in the water you throw money in"

Like any recreational toy. Today I delivered "Old Dick" to its new owner where it will be refurbished. Again...more money...Thunder Bay-20141208-00669.jpg

I did not name the boat....

Its a '91.  5sp 4x4 22RE This one did not come with rust and I oil the inner body panels, inner frame and the complete undercarriage annually. Was not too crazy about upgrading to a truck with a ecm but times are changing.

Good looking boat GL. Those are fun to have, tow well, rugged & don't cost a fortune to own. Merry Christmas to you...by the way you didn't wrap it did you :)

That boat has plenty of horsepower to suit your needs.  I am familiar with many tourist outfitters  who supply the fishermen with 16' deep and wide with 15hp 4stroke. The reason for the smaller engine the operator tells me is "anything bigger and they would kill themselves" Fact is the only time many folks get any time at the controls of a boat is during their annual fishing trip...have fun, be safe and don't let the skag part your hair.

When someone finds a hobby that don't cost money let the rest of us know about it.
