Sorry about the sideways pictures. I couldn't get them to turn upright.

We finally got it together:-)
Thanks olcowhand for the decals and the break drum they look great.

Now if I can get the stupid carburetor to work right. It idles good but it acts like it's loading up when I rev it up. It Puffs black smoke then revs up. I've been over it with a fine tooth comb and can't find anything wrong. I'm thinking the jets are to big.

There are two similar jets used between the Carbs on the S8D series and TRA series, alot of people buy the wrong ones, one is shorter than the other may be your problem.

Repairing the vin. tag with vinyl looks pretty good. The font is not exactly the same on some of the letters but I can live with it. I just couldn't put that old weathered tag on it.

Hopefully it will warm up and we can finish breaking in the motor.photo.JPG

Scott, member sacsr may have an grill emblem or 2 left.  Don't know anyone with NOS light bezels, so you may have to have your re-chromed.  I do make the decals as time allows me to.

Jessie is still looking for grill emblem and parts for the rear hitch!!!
