Hello,
I'm new to the site. There are a lot of helpful things here.

My two boys and I are finally restoring a D4-10 that was my mother-in-laws years back.
I have been searching for decals, grill emblem and the chrome headlight bezels.Does anyone know of any for sale? I have the bezels but they need re-chromed.

Thanks,
Todd

Welcome to the forum. There are some wel informed Bush Hog experts on GTT (I'm presuming you are referring to a Bush Hog). Olcowhand, Titus or Sacsr should be along shortly to help you out.

Scott, member sacsr may have an grill emblem or 2 left.  Don't know anyone with NOS light bezels, so you may have to have your re-chromed.  I do make the decals as time allows me to.

Welcome to the forum! Always glad to have another BH owner on the site! PM sent regarding the emblem. I am not aware of anyone selling the chrome bezels- probably best to have yours re chromed if it is reasonable. Daniel is the only one I know making decals-

Re chroming is not too expensive if you know the right person willing to do small items.  You might do better to find someone and send them off.

Do you recommend anyone?

I see a lot of potential in that tractor.

I had a local guy do my rechroming, he used to mess around with motorcycles.  He shut down his shop last year some time, and I haven't found a replacement yet.

Find out who your local antique car or motorcycle shop is and they will know if there is anyone around in your area.

The boys and I have been tag teaming the sand blasting cabinet and we have a big chunk of the parts cleaned and primed. We are still working on the frame its to big for the cabinet so it has to be done the hard way!

My make shift down draft paint booth is working great.

Here is a link for bearings and seals I came across if anyone needs it. The filter  works well. http://www.fme-cat.c...odCat=OIL SEAL
