I went on my own Black Friday , I left at 4:15 to get my tractor. Does that count ? I would never go near a regular store today.

I went one time many years ago. I picked up a pair of work pants just to look at & some lady had the other leg & jerked it out of my hands like a nut. This is a day I stay home for sure. My wife goes out with the daughters & that's another reason to stay home  :smilewink:

I was too busy for that stuff anyway. The weather was nice and I figured this would be a good day to fire up the GTs before winter really kicked in. 3 DRT batteries, 6 flat tires and empty gas tanks. Snow pushers are in the shop and ready to go. Not more than a 20% chance of snow for the next 30 days, but I'm ready.

60+ for Saturday, gonna drag out the boat for one last day of crappie fishing. I hope I dont get shot by the duck hunters!!

You guys sure have some bad stories. I've been forced to go and never had any real bad experiences or ever seen any violence.

My wife went at 8 pm to hit toys r us and she said it wasn't even that busy and she saved about 300 bucks on stuff for the kids.

My wife "saved" $120 on a tread mill once

We went to Walmart once years ago, before it got to be such a big deal, never again!

We did rive 2 miles to our local Shopko store yesterday morning to get Dottie a new bed for $15 (1/2 price) bought little else.

My wife and I saved a lot of money on Black Friday. We don't go so we are way ahead and in one piece with no bruises, cuts or gun shot wounds.
