Brian is right.  That price is cheap for an engine of that quality.  I would buy it in a heartbeat just to say I have it. 

 

That's the second NOS Wisconsin I've seen (the other was a TRA series).  This one can even get the word "rare" added to it without a note of dissent from Old Paths Equipment!

Think of it like this.  The magneto can still be purchased new for $625.  Brand new Marvel VH carburetors go for about $100-$150 on eBay (if and when you see them) and you know what you'll pay for a fuel tank. 

 

You are buying all that stuff new and getting a free engine!

I wrote the owner and asked for a price to ship to my town in NJ

he wrote me back and gave me his zip code. LOL I sure hope it wasnt his price. Couldnt figure that out at all.

I do believe that is the subtle route for saying figure the darn shipping out yourself.
